Please allow 1-5 business days for all shipping and handling.

Make sure to read product description whether the item is made to order or pre-made. Once you order, you will receive an email confirmation and once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email.

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

Domestic Shipping: Free at checkout.

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout by DHL, UPS OR USPS.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR HEADQUARTERS AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.
